The following research question was answered in a practical way using our HCP Sense
sensor bearing as an example:
“How can a startup evaluate and segment its market in the B2B sector? Using the top down method, which influencing factors play a role in choosing of the approach and the evaluation criteria?”
The big challenge in our case: roller bearings are in almost every machine! Carrying out a promising segmentation and evaluation here made Alexander Jakel sweat a lot on the way to his very successful work.
